If you have been paid
within 90 days of the filing of a bankruptcy case, you can count on the
debtor or the trustee trying to recover this payment from you. But we
can successfully defend this action in many cases. The new Bankruptcy
Act makes it much more difficult for the Trustee or the Debtor to recover
these payments. Smaller cases have been eliminated totally and medium
sized cases must be brought in your home court, not some distant court
in Delaware, New York or other debtor-friendly bankruptcy forums. We know the ropes and know how to help you fend of this annoying and galling insult to the injury of non-payment of your just commercial claims. |
